1) HANDICAPPED VAN and OTHER SPECIAL EQUIPMENT NEEDS: Fundraising begins for a handicapped van and other special equipment. We are
accepting contributions to the Special Needs Trust Fund that Sam's parents have
set up thru SunTrust Bank. Known as the YETTER IRREVOCABLE TRUST, this fund is
dedicated soley to help pay for the many needs of Sam. Contributions may be made

2) To create awareness of the syndrome, donations may be made to the 22q13 Deletion
Syndrome Foundation. This organization is a non-profit and helps to further research
